SWH Jenkins restorations trip to nicaragua

This past September, a group of 7 Jenkins employees and their families had the privilege to travel with Servants With a Heart to Managua, Nicaragua. While our mission was to serve, we quickly found ourselves being blessed by those we came to serve. It was a truly humbling experience delivering food and toys to nearby villages, dumps, and churches. Things we take for granted in our day to day lives meant so much to those receiving. At each stop, we had the opportunity to share and pray with the people. It may seem, coming from a country of plenty, that these people would be sad or depressed over their situation. On the contrary, they were joyful, thankful, and full of hope. We were always met with smiling faces and welcoming arms.
